4月28日,國務院聯防聯控機制新聞(wen)發布(bu)會上,農(nong)(nong)業(ye)農(nong)(nong)村部(bu)相(xiang)關(guan)負責人透露,從目前來看夏糧(liang)豐收有較好基礎。農(nong)(nong)業(ye)農(nong)(nong)村部(bu)將努(nu)力(li)把疫情造成的損失降到最(zui)低,確保全年(nian)糧(liang)食產量(liang)穩(wen)定在1.3萬億斤以上,把中國人的飯碗(wan)牢(lao)牢(lao)端在自己的手上。
農(nong)業農(nong)村部發展規劃司司長魏(wei)百剛(gang)介紹,2020年以來,我國農(nong)業農(nong)村經(jing)濟運行總(zong)體平穩,穩中向(xiang)好,經(jing)受(shou)住了(le)新(xin)冠肺炎疫情的沖擊,特別(bie)是種(zhong)植業增加值(zhi)同(tong)比增長3.5%,“米袋(dai)子”“菜籃子”供給保障有力(li)。
糧食(shi)生(sheng)產(chan)形(xing)勢好,目(mu)前小麥整(zheng)體長勢好于2019年,也(ye)好于常(chang)年,2020年夏(xia)糧豐收有較(jiao)好基礎,春播進展順利,進度(du)達到三成左右。生(sheng)豬(zhu)生(sheng)產(chan)恢(hui)復勢頭持續向好,一季度(du)末(mo)與2019年底(di)相比(bi),全國生(sheng)豬(zhu)存欄增(zeng)(zeng)加1000多萬(wan)頭,增(zeng)(zeng)長3.5%;能繁母豬(zhu)存欄增(zeng)(zeng)加300多萬(wan)頭,增(zeng)(zeng)長9.8%,禽蛋、牛奶(nai)產(chan)量(liang)也(ye)有一定幅度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)加。“菜籃子”產(chan)品價(jia)(jia)格持續回(hui)落,豬(zhu)肉批發價(jia)(jia)格已連續10周下降,每公斤降了(le)6元錢左右,蔬菜、水果等鮮活農產(chan)品價(jia)(jia)格基本(ben)回(hui)落到常(chang)年水平。
魏百剛表示(shi),為落實中(zhong)央“六保”任務要(yao)求,農業農村部將采取(qu)(qu)有力(li)有效措(cuo)施(shi)和超(chao)常規舉措(cuo),努力(li)把疫情造成的損失降到最低,要(yao)全力(li)以(yi)(yi)赴奪取(qu)(qu)糧(liang)食豐收,通(tong)過加強(qiang)小麥中(zhong)后期田(tian)間管(guan)理,著力(li)恢復(fu)早稻生產,突出抓好東北春(chun)播(bo),穩(wen)定夏播(bo)面積等,“確保全年糧(liang)食產量穩(wen)定在(zai)1.3萬億斤以(yi)(yi)上,把中(zhong)國人的飯碗(wan)牢牢端在(zai)自己的手上。”
農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)部(bu)國(guo)際(ji)合作(zuo)司司長(chang)隋鵬飛(fei)表示,由(you)于疫情,一(yi)(yi)季(ji)度我國(guo)對外貿易出現(xian)下滑,農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)貿易也受到影響,進(jin)口(kou)(kou)增幅(fu)低于往年(nian)同期(qi),出口(kou)(kou)降幅(fu)多(duo)年(nian)少見。目前,國(guo)際(ji)新冠肺炎疫情形勢(shi)依(yi)然復(fu)雜(za),對我國(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)貿易的(de)影響還將持續顯現(xian),國(guo)際(ji)需(xu)求(qiu)萎縮,商(shang)貿往來受阻、國(guo)際(ji)生產(chan)(chan)供應存在不(bu)確(que)定(ding)性成為“三(san)道坎”。綜合研判,二季(ji)度的(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)貿易形勢(shi)不(bu)樂(le)觀,進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)可能進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步分化,出口(kou)(kou)受影響會更大。農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)部(bu)將密切關(guan)注全(quan)球農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)供求(qiu)和市場形勢(shi),抓好國(guo)家(jia)穩外貿各(ge)項(xiang)政策措施落實,創新貿易促進(jin)方式,推(tui)動進(jin)口(kou)(kou)多(duo)元化,促進(jin)優勢(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)出口(kou)(kou)。
